In recent years, Universities have placed increased focus on the intersection between liberal arts education and entrepreneurship. While Universities have concentrated on different topics and activities to encourage entrepreneurship, little research has focused on the individual traits contributing to entrepreneurial orientation. This research explores the individual traits of willingness to communicate and self-esteem, and their relationship to individual entrepreneurial orientation. This project, by examining these individual traits, contributes to the discussion on how best to prepare students to develop an entrepreneurial orientation.
