The Showcase of Scholars is a vibrant academic event that celebrates the breadth of student research and creativity across multiple disciplines. Featuring dynamic poster presentations from courses in Communication Studies, Fine Arts, English, Economics, Music Appreciation, Music Literature, the Showcase highlights the culmination of a semester’s worth of inquiry, analysis, and artistic exploration.
More than just a display of projects, the Showcase serves as an academic laboratory—a place where students refine their communication skills, engage in dialogue with peers and faculty, and experience the collaborative spirit of scholarship. Each presentation reflects not only the intellectual growth of the individual student but also the strength of cross-departmental collaboration that enriches the academic community.
Looking ahead, the Showcase of Scholars is poised for growth. Beginning in Spring 2026, the organizing committee is excited to expand the event to include colleagues and students from the Honors and Quest Programs, broadening the reach of this initiative and ensuring that even more students have the opportunity to share their voices, research, and creative achievements.
